BubbleUp is a location-based chat app that lets you discover and join real-time conversations happening around you or anywhere in the world. Explore our interactive map and connect with people in different areas instantly.

Tap the "+" button on the map or discovery screen, choose a location, select a category, add a title and description, and tap "Create Room". Your room will appear on the map for others to discover and join.

Yes! You can join any room anonymously without creating an account. However, creating a profile lets you manage your rooms, follow favorites, and build your community presence.

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently remove your profile, messages, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

No. We only use your location to show you nearby rooms. Your exact location is never shared with other users. Room creators choose a general area for their room, and participants see that area, not your precise location.

Long-press any message to report it, or use the room menu to report the entire room. Our team reviews all reports and takes action within 24 hours.

Make sure you've granted location permissions in your device settings. Go to Settings → BubbleUp → Location and select "While Using the App". If the issue persists, try restarting the app.

Check your internet connection. BubbleUp requires an active internet connection for real-time messaging. If you're connected but still having issues, try closing and reopening the room.

The room may be full or closed by its creator. Some rooms have participant limits. If you were previously kicked or banned from a room, you won't be able to rejoin.
